Scope
Active travel infrastructure
Making room for cycling.
Upgrade of existing infrastructure to accommodate cyclists, including pavement design, signing, road markings, access controls and a new crossing facility.
My contribution
I designed and project managed the improvements in partnership with Tunbridge Wells Borough Council as client.
Design & delivery considerations
Delivery required coordination between authorities with different priorities and processes, alongside the physical constraints of the existing route.
